Schäffer Verfahrenstechnik – the bulk material specialist for more than 30 years

We have been designing, engineering and manufacturing individual components and units on the sector of bulk materials process technology for our customers at home and abroad for over 30 years.
In our production facility north of Augsburg in Germany, solutions for handling dry bulk materials of all kinds are constructed to the highest industrial quality standards and are certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2008.

Due to the additional testing and certification in accordance with the European Explosion Protection Directive 94/4/EC (ATEX), Appendix IV (Quality Assurance in Production), we are also in a position to manufacture purpose-built units that conform with the special ATEX requirements. This demands a maximum degree of precision and quality control procedures at all stages, starting from material procurement and ending with the final assembly carried out by our experienced team.

Our objective was and is to be able to offer our customers a complete and modular system to solve (almost) all problems to do with bulk materials handling, especially those of activation, sealing, metering, conveying and heating or cooling.
